DAL SOLE DI SICILIA
Il Limone IGP Siracusa cresce tra il mare e l’entroterra di Siracusa, in una costa fertile e pianeggiante, entro i 210 metri sul livello del mare,
è il territorio più adatto per coltivare limoni che si distinguono per l’elevata succosità e la ricchezza di ghiandole oleifere nella buccia.
Un rigido disciplinare IGP garantisce un giusto equilibrio e sviluppo della pianta, che deve sempre essere soggetta a una corretta aerazione,
con una densità massima di 400- 500 piante per ettaro.
Grazie alla composizione del terreno, è molto succoso, aromatico, ricco di vitamina C, di sali minerali e antiossidanti.
Viene raccolto rigorosamente a mano.
